Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and pw138 ("pw138", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any pw138 service.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
- "Platform" means the pw138 website accessible at https://pw138.app, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and associated digital services.
- "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered a pw138 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration and identity verification on pw138.
- "Wallet" means the internal balance maintained within a Member's pw138 Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- "Real Money Games" means any game, bet, or wager on the Platform that involves the deduction of IDR from a Member's Wallet and the potential award of IDR winnings.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Member's Account under a specific promotional offer.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process that pw138 may require any Member to complete at any time.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

138 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of pw138, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
- You do not already hold an active or suspended pw138 Account under any other name, email address, phone number, bank account, or payment method.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on pw138 or any affiliated platform.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.
pw138 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pw138 Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
3.1 Registration Information. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify pw138 promptly of any changes.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). pw138 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. pw138 may withhold withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied to its reasonable satisfaction.
3.3 Account Activation. pw138 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons. Account activation does not constitute a waiver of any eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
3.4 Corporate Accounts. Accounts may only be registered by natural persons acting in their personal capacity. Registrations by or on behalf of legal entities are void and will be terminated upon discovery.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pw138 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
4.1 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pw138 immediately at
[email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction has been made on your Account without your consent.
4.2 Account Sharing. Sharing your Account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. pw138 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Password Standards. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password for your pw138 Account that is not used on any other platform. pw138 may enforce minimum password complexity requirements and will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
All transactions on pw138 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pw138 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of pw138.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pw138 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon (local bank transfer); and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). Available methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed within the payment interface at the time of deposit.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during normal banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically instant. pw138 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on a business day are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays may be processed on the next available business day. pw138 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 24 hours from request confirmation, subject to KYC clearance.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in the Member's own name that has been registered on the Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pw138 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending KYC verification, security review, or investigation of suspected fraud.
5.6 Transaction Records. pw138 maintains a complete record of all deposits and withdrawals within each Member's Account history. In the event of a discrepancy, pw138's internal transaction records shall be treated as conclusive subject to manifest error.
No Money Laundering: pw138 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. Deposits must originate from a payment account in the Member's own name. pw138 may file suspicious transaction reports with relevant authorities as required by applicable law and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
pw138 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them.
6.2 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–50%). The contribution table for each promotion is published on the relevant promotion page.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household address, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or coordinated activity will result in disqualification and account termination.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. pw138 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account play, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
6.5 Withdrawal Sequence. Real Money balance is used and withdrawn before Bonus Funds, unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page. Members should review their Wallet balance breakdown before placing bets to understand which funds are in use.
6.6 Promotional Modifications. pw138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a Member, the terms in force at the time of acceptance will govern that specific bonus, except where modification is required by law or where continuing the promotion would constitute a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
By using pw138, you agree to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any non-human mechanism.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to pw138 promptly and must not be used to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other Members or third parties to influence the outcome of any game or bet.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to pw138 at any time.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to misrepresent your geographic location or to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform.
pw138 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Accounts found in breach of this section will be suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation, and pw138 reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies.
All games available on pw138 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game operates under its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates, which are available within the game interface or the relevant game studio's published documentation.
8.1 RNG Certification. All non-live games on pw138 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. pw138 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no technical ability to do so for games provided by third-party studios.

8.4 Game Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game result, the affected game round will be voided and any stake deducted will be credited back to the Member's Wallet. pw138 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a game malfunction.
8.5 Disconnection Policy. If a Member's internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the round will continue according to its pre-programmed logic (for RNG games) or the live dealer's actions (for live games). pw138 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a Member's connectivity issues.

pw138 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard after login:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications at set intervals to remind you of time spent on the Platform.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the pw138 Platform — including but not limited to the pw138 brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pw138 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, frame, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pw138.
Any unauthorised use of pw138 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pw138's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. pw138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pw138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 Third-Party Services. pw138 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or service interruptions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or telecommunications providers. Any dispute regarding a third-party service should be directed to the relevant third party in the first instance.
11.3 Force Majeure. pw138 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event. pw138 will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of any Force Majeure event and will communicate expected resolution timelines to affected Members where practicable.
11.4 "As Is" Basis. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
pw138 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pw138 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory authorities to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
pw138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pw138 will notify registered Members via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations.
pw138 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. pw138 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in every jurisdiction.
Any dispute between a Member and pw138 that cannot be resolved through the support channels described in Section 15 below shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
